FOREIGN RESIDENTS' GUIDE
Full of Flowers, Full of Dreams
A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE:
Seika has developed as the center of the Kansai Science City (Keihanna Science City), which is home to numerous world-class research laboratories, businesses and colleges. Along with this, Seika is home to roughly 200 foreign residents, including many students, researchers, and regular workers.Seika, along with Kansai Science City, continues to stress a peaceful existence integrating nature, science, and people. The town also strives to provide a community where all people young and old, Japanese and foreigners alike can live comfortably. Working side-by-side with residents, we would like to create a multicultural, globally minded town.As one of the steps towards that goal, we have created this daily guidebook. This guidebook provides foreign residents with the information, in English and Japanese, needed to live a safe and comfortable life here. We hope you will find this guidebook useful, and most of all we hope you enjoy your stay in Seika.
